\nFinally a way to flash modems\/firmwares without needing to take the OTA!! This means no losing Root, no losing Recovery, no data wipe, just strictly updating the Firmware!!
\nThis is FIRMWARE ONLY, not any data or system files, this will not put your device up to the latest ROM or add any features like samsung\/sprint list out in their update releases. This is ONLY the firmware bits. (Modem, NON-HLOS, bootloader, sbl2, sbl3, tz, etc.)
\n\u8fd9\u662f\u56fa\u4ef6\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u800c\u5e76\u975e\u4efb\u4f55data\u6216\u7cfb\u7edf\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f1a\u4e0d\u4f1a\u628a\u4f60\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u5347\u7ea7\u81f3\u6700\u65b0\u7684ROM\uff0c\u8fd9\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662fModem\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u4e00\u4e9b\u5f15\u5bfc\u6587\u4ef6(\u4e0d\u542bbootloader\u7684\u5347\u7ea7)\u3002 \uff08\u8c03\u5236\u89e3\u8c03\u5668\uff0cNANHLOS\uff0c\u5f15\u5bfc\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0cSBL2\uff0cSBL3\uff0cTZ\u7b49\uff09<\/span>

\nWhat you need\u9700\u8981\u4ec0\u4e48:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. An extracted FirmwareAIO.tar.md5 from the second post\u4e0b\u9762\u4e0b\u8f7d\u8fde\u63a5\u4e2d\u7684Firmware\u6587\u4ef6<\/li>\n
  2. Odin (I used 3.07, but I am pretty sure others work too)<\/li>\n
  3. A PC… (duh)<\/li>\n
  4. Sprint Galaxy S4<\/li>\n
  5. A brain<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Here is the procedure\u4e0b\u9762\u8be6\u8ff0\u8fc7\u7a0b:<\/p>\n

    1. Power OFF the phone (do not use reboot to download mode, do a full power off).\u624b\u673a\u5173\u673a\uff08\u8bf7\u52ff\u76f4\u63a5\u91cd\u542f\u81f3Download\u6a21\u5f0f\uff09<\/li>\n
    2. Hold down the Volume down key and then press and hold the power Key.\u6309\u4e0b\u97f3\u91cf\u51cf+\u5f00\u673a\u952e\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f00\u673a\u81f3Download\u6a21\u5f0f<\/li>\n
    3. When the screen lights up, release both.\u5c4f\u5e55\u4eae\u8d77\u65f6\uff0c\u677e\u5f00\u6309\u952e<\/li>\n
    4. Press Volume up to Continue past the first screen, you should now be in Download Mode.\u6309\u4e0b\u97f3\u91cf\u52a0\u952e\u4ee5\u7ee7\u7eed\u8fdb\u5165Download\u6a21\u5f0f<\/li>\n
    5. Plug the phone into the PC with Odin.\u5c06\u624b\u673a\u4e0e\u7535\u8111\u8fde\u63a5\uff0c\u6253\u5f00Odin\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/li>\n
    6. Fire up Odin and select the modem tar.md5 file with the PDA button.\u70b9\u51fb”PDA”\u6309\u94ae\u9009\u62e9\u89e3\u538b\u597d\u7684.md5\u540e\u7f00\u7684\u6587\u4ef6<\/li>\n
    7. \u53d6\u6d88\u52fe\u9009”Auto Reboot”\u9009\u9879<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Click Start and Let it flash until it’s done.\u70b9\u51fb”start”\u5f00\u59cb\u5237\u5199<\/li>\n
    9. when you see PASS on Odin, unplug the phone and Hold the Power key for 10 seconds to reboot.\u770b\u5230PASS\u5b57\u6837\u65f6\uff0c\u6309\u4f4f\u7535\u6e90\u952e10\u79d2\u5173\u673a\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u91cd\u542f\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
