Install the Windows Insider app via your official App Store - 下载安装完后，打开它，然后各种确认，开始选择更新版本
Open the Insider app and accept the T&Cs - 你会看到有3个可选项（至少在15年10月4日是这样的），第一个是Slow，第二个是Fast，第三个又是Slow
You’ll see three available choices, like .. Slow- Fast- Slow. Select the “Slow” one on the bottom! - 请点选第三个Slow并确认，如果你选了正确的话，程序只会稍加设置，而并不像前两个Win10升级一样要求你重启
If you make the right choice, the phone will NOT restart. - 进入手机设置，搜索更新，然后稍等3~5分钟，你会发现，真有那么个Win8.1的更新在等着，就是它了！
